Queen Beecause

Janice has a whole series of Bees.   This is my favorite, the Queen Bee,  I just love her and her attitude. The bees are so easy to color and spruce up.   Visit  to see these whole series.

The card base measures 5 1/2 x 5 1/2.    I used stickles for the wings and antanea, then a little glossy accents on the honey stick.   I made up the saying on the tag.    Here is a video for more detail.

Cute Bee

Isn't this Bee just the cutest thing ever.   Perfect for a quick card,   he just needs a little color and poof you have a perfect little Hello.   Janice at  has a whole series of bee images.  You can get this guy in many poses and he has lots of personality.   There is even a queen bee I am going to use  for Mother's Day cards.

This card was made with some scraps I had on hand and a cute sentiment from Emma at my creative time,  add a little bling and poof, got a wonderful card.

Bee Strong

So  I wasn't sure what I was going to do after I colored this image.  I was sitting looking at it when I decided to make rain drops.   Then I just came up with the sentiment.  The card made itself after that.
Here is the thing,  had no idea what I would do with this card.  The night I made this I found out one of co workers found out she has non hodgeskins lymphoma.   So this this card is now perfect for her road ahead.

Thanks to Janice for the great image, and there is a whole set of bee images to choose from. Visit .

I used a a spellbinder die, but honestly I am not very fond of it.  I can't seem to get it to cut clearly and would take any advice.
I used a piece of black bulap material.  The flower petals  and mesh bling are both available at

Tears of a Clown: a shaped card

Today I bring you news of a challange sponsored by Scrappers Delights. THe challange is located  For Janices great images come visit the store and blog at   I made a card for this challange and the Throw back Thursday Challange at   Using Janice image I made a set of cards to give as a gift.  I used my cricut and george cartridge to make a shaped card with my gypsy.   I used a different color tone for each image.  I used some dotted resistant paper that I sprayed with my Lindys to coordinate with the color I chose to color each clown.  The clowns are colored with copics, and accented with small flowers. I am attaching the photo, but there is a video also.

Come join us at both these challanges for lots of fun.
