Guest Design Day at My Creative Time

Happy Fourth of July!!

I am overjoyed to bring you 3 projects I made for my guest design team opportunty at MY CREATIVE TIME.  Emma was so generous to give the opportunity to those who tried out for the design team a guest spot.  I was ever so fortunate to get July 4,  such a special day for me.  My son and Dtr in law are both in the Navy, so needless to say, we are very supportive of the Red, White, and Blue around here.  I made three projects shown below,  also a video below that will show the projects and supplies closer, including how I finished off  the inside of the cards.

For my First Project I made a 5 1/2 x 5 1/2 in card.
Stamps: Hey Sailor and  Build A Scripty & Watercolor Background
Dies: 3 Star Stiched, Anchors & Heart die
Paper: Doodlebug Collection Pack, Watercolor paper, silver glitter, red cardstock
Ink: Blue Skies and Picked Raspberries Distress Inks sprayed with homemade glimmermist, Versafine Black Ink with Ranger Black Embossing Powder
Embellishments: recollection bling and enamel dot

For my Second Project I made another  5 1/2 x 5 1/2 in card.
Stamps: Live, Love, Laugh & Be Happy Stamp Set
Dies:   Pretty Butterflies & Dragonfly Dies
Paper: DCWV Chalkboard, MME Chalkboard, grey cardstock
Ink :Stephanie Benard's White Pigment ink (embossed with white over), Bubblegum, and Raspberry
Embellishments: Recollection bling and pearls.  Liquid Pearls and Sequins

For my Third  Project I  am going to make a calender of each month to show case the first year of my soon to be born grandson.  This will be his next July spot. The pages measure 7 x 7
Dies: Lower Case Alphabet, 3 Star Stiched, Stitched 4 x 6 Journal
Paper: Doodlebug Collection Pack, red cardstock
Ink: Blue Skies and Picked Raspberries Distress Inks sprayed with homemade glimmermist, Versafine Black Ink with Ranger Black Embossing Powder

Love your patriotic projects Shana! I am a military mom too, so this holiday means a lot to us as well. I love how you used Miss Emma's products in such a patriotic way. I am proud of our military, they rock in the way they protect our freedoms and keeps us independent! Hugs, Brenda
