Secret Valentine Bag Swap with My Style Stamps

Well I loved the idea of this secret Valentine bag Swap.  You decorated a lunch bag and filled it with goodies.  Nicole who is the owner of My Style Stamps is the hostess of this swap.  Of course I had to use one of her stamps on my bag.  I also used the same stamp for the card I sent with the swap.  I kept track of the colors I used and dang it I can't find the list now.  I am so cranky about it.  I loved how she had made curly hair on this image and I used 4 different colors to give her layers of curls to her hair.  I am combining 2 videos in this post for both my bag and my card also.  Hope you enjoy.  I used the new Recollections Valentine paper line that is from this year.  I used some buttons,  lace, bling and flowers from my stash.

Here is Nicole store where I got this great image.  www.mystylestamps.com

Valentine Series #2 with Greeting Farm and My Creative Time

Well I found these cute little Kissing Squirrels in my coloring stash ans just had to use them.  They just needed some hearts and bling.  I of course had to pull out some of my stitched heart dies from Emma at My Creative Time.  I also pulled out my ticket die and ticket stamp set along with chocolate stamp set   to round off this perfect little 5 1/2 x 5 1/2 easel card.  I used Bo Bunny Paper I think last year,  maybe year before along with red and pink bling.  Sorry I colored this before I was keeping track of my colors.

Hope you will join in over at the Greeting Farm blog for fun challenge,  plus they have loads of great images and Emma has a fun new set of stamps and dies comming out this week.   Below is my video with close up footage of my card.  Thanks for watching.

Super Adorable Card with Secret Greeting Farm and Tatiana's Crochet Hearts

So I made this super cute card today using the Super Secret Image from Greeting Farm.  They did preorder sign ups for this in December for the first quarter.  It was only $28 shipped for 3 monthly stamps.  Can't beat that and she is so super adorable. This week on the Greeting Farm blog you needed to use bling.  Well that isn't hard for me to do that is for sure.    I colored her in greys and pinks and added some wink of stella to her bow and spica pen to the apple.   My friend Tatiana asked me if I wouldn't mind being on her design team and show case some of her crochet items.  well that was a no brainer,  i sure can't crochet well and her stuff is so darn adorable.  I have bought butterflies from her in the past and oh my she makes so much more than that. The hearts came in handy for this card and just perfect to make my card so "lovely".   This card measures 5 1/2 x 5 1/2, and used paper from  imaginece I already had in my stash.  I of course added some bling to my  hearts and my lovely sign.  Inside lined some more paper, and used an Amy R stamp from Adoring You by CC design.  My copic Colors are as follows:
Hair: C3, C7,C 9
Flesh: E50, E51,E41, E53
Dress: R83, R37, spica lipstick, olive, black

Valentine Day Series #1 with Little Blue Button Stamps

For my first post this month with Little Blue Button Stamps I have made my husband's Valentine Day card. My Focus in this  6 x 6 easel card is RagDoll Sweetheart Stars Watching.  I used my favorite purples and pinks to make this card.   I have used paper, felt and wood vaneers and embossed.  There is all kinds of texture going on also.  The hearts, flowers, and label dies are felt cut from dies (My Creative Time)  I have nestled my beautiful Ragdoll inbetween a scallop oval and an oval spellbinder die.  I embossed the oval with a new valentine wood grain stamp from recollection that just came out this month at Michaels.   The paper used is some plain cardstock and some paper I bought last year at Big a Lots, (the name is in my video)   Couple wood vaneer hearts and leaves.    Happy Valentine is also from My Creative Time.

My Focus Image  RagDoll Sweetheart Stars Watching is colored with Copic colors  and I used:
Skin: E50, E51,E 53
Hair: E13, E15, E19
Boots/Gloves: N6, N8,N10 spica black
Dress: N6, N8, N10,  RV9, RV66, RV69

Randy  is the star of this card.  The moment I saw this image I thought of a coworker,  he is so cute and funny and adores his wife.  I knew this would make the perfect image to make a card for him to give to her this Valentine's Day.  She loved the surprise last year when he brought her a homemade card, so I am sure she is going to love this pop up card, from Sizzix.   Randy looks so cozy in his scarf and who wouldn't love that big bouquet of flowers he has brought.   I used alot of  of pinks and greys.  My fellow design team member Steph is quite the enabler,  because the moment I saw her video with the stamps from recollections I had to go to Micheals and buy a couple,   I really like these hearts and embossed them with some homemade pink embossing glitter powder.  I used some sizzix heart dies and some dollar bin flowers.  The trim  I think is recollections also.  The sentiments come from My Creative Time.   Randy is colored with my copics as follows.
Skin: E50, E51
Hair: Y00, Y08, YR24
Pants: B91, B93, B97
Shoes: B39, B45
Scarf: E09
Flowers RV91, RV95, spica pens- pink, mint, olive

Here is video with more details and closer look at supplies.   But I hope you will visit Little Blue Button Stamps,  because there are so many great images this month for Valentines, and so many other great uses also.

Baby Card # 1 with Greeting Farm

Well I am on a baby kick and here is number 1.  I just love this baby stamp that comes with a girl and boy from the Greeting Farm.  They are so easy to paper piece.  I used some paper from Micheals and Studio G.   I am participating in the Clean and Simple challenge over on the Greeting Farm blog this week and it is sometimes difficult for me to do that.  But I really like how this turned out.  I used a spellbinder die to cut a banner, along with the circle and scallop dies for the image. Stamp Set called All Star Baby  from My Creative Time on the outside and inside  and a few wood embellishments and the card was perfect.

Here is a video with a few more details.

Blistery Besty Birthday

This cute little Snowman is from Sherry Baldy and I thought he would be cute for a January Birthday card I needed to mail.  Besides I got some DCWV Rustic   on clearance but is very versatile  for winter and even non winter cards.  It has alot of wood grain papers in it.  I did this before I was keeping track of all my copic colors, but I know I was practicing using my B000 for the snowman.  My husband says I should use greys,  but I like the blues also, I think you could go either way.  I used some Studio Calico Snowflakes  and a little twine for a pop of color.  The Happy Birthday comes from Diana McRea,  I am going to clarify her website and I will update this.

Here is the site to Sherry Baldy: https://www.etsy.com/shop/SherriBaldyCrafts

Here is a video  talk a little more in detail about things.

Clean and Simple Challenge on Greeting Farm Blog

So here is my cutie I colored up after seeing the challenge this week on the Greeting Farm Blog.  Although Clean and Simple is very difficult for me to do.  Although I think I spent more time trying to come up with what to do than the time it took to do it.   Although it always seems to take along time, doesn't it.  This little Beanie Ian looks so warm and cozy in his little beanie drinking his coco.  I just love green and yellow together also.  I used some card bases I got in the dollar bin that were on clearance at micheals for my bases.  I also used some dies from the Greeting Farm for the greeing on the front and made the banners for the inside with a simple thinking of you on the inside.  Perfect card to send out this winter.   Made a quick video for a closer look.  Here are my copic colors.
SKIN: E 41, E 42, E43
HAIR: Y00, Y11, Y18

Playing with Greeting Farm Girls

Dorthy Anya  is this cute little Kansas girl like me.  Ok,  she is much cuter than me!  She is this great image from Greeting Farm,  I have her in Digital,  but they have great Digital and Rubber images.  Dorthy and her Little Dog is the Star of this Show on this 5 1/2 by 5 1/2 in card.  I have layered her against a yellow brick road of course.  And being from Kansas she had to have some Sunflowers nearby.   I made these from some yellow velum paper and a punch accented with buttons.   Used a bow die (My Creative Time) to make a label for my Happy Birthday Sentiment.  Happy Birthday comes from  a Operation Write Home Set from Hero Arts. My red paper is from Bazzle and was already textured and was sprayed with some mist.  My beautiful little girl was colored with the following  Copic colors-
Skin: E000, E00, E01
Hair: E 11, E 13, E, 15, E17
Dress: B000, B23, spica baby blue
Dog: C1, C3, C5
white gel pen
Cheeky Fairy is this shy but beautiful little angle.   She comes with this Hot pink hair and teal dress.   Ready to fly about.  I used a Sizzix Trifold Card base to make this cute Birthday card.  Some Sizzix Heart Framelits also  and lots of bling to accent the teal papers against the pink cardstock.  This adorable girl is ready to fly around the town.   I also have her in digital format, so she can be sized any size I want.  Her Copic colors are:
Skin: E000, E00, E01
Hair: RV04, RV06, RV09, RV11
Clothes/Bow: BG13, BG15, BG49
Wing: BG11

I have a video showing more detail below,  but you are welcome to see these great digitals and other wonderful images at   http://thegreetingfarm.com/.      Also there is a challenge going on there blog if you would like to play along at  the greeting farm blog:  http://splendidstamping.blogspot.com/

Flower Sample Board

I made this board to keep samples of flowers I would like to replicate.  These are flowers gifted to me or some that I see and buy.  I made a video, wasn't able to get a good picture because of the size so I hope you will watch my video.  I used foam board that I cut in half,  then covered in burlap.  I then trimed the edge.  I used some prima paper and a prima paper doll image to accent the corner and some goodies I got in the Prima Wharehouse Sale to accent different areas of the board.  I have this hanging in my room and just pin the flowers to it, so that I can remove them whenever I want to make some.  Thanks for Visiting.
